Welcome to DigiExpi. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DigiExpi website and your participation in DigiExpi courses, workshops, masterclasses, and other educational services.

By accessing our website, registering for a course or event, or purchasing a DigiExpi course, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our services.

DigiExpi may offer educational programs with different durations, formats, fees, schedules, and curriculum structures.

The currently offered program may include the AI Integrated Digital Marketing Course / AI Digital Marketing Course. The course may be offered as a live online program and may include subjects such as digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, AI tools, AI-assisted content creation, advertising, e-commerce marketing, analytics, and other related subjects.

The exact curriculum, duration, schedule, inclusions, and course structure applicable to a student will be communicated at the time of registration or purchase.

3. Live Classes

Students are expected to attend the live classes included in their course plan.

Students are responsible for attending classes on time, maintaining a suitable internet connection, having the necessary device and software required to participate, completing assignments and projects, and following reasonable instructions provided by the trainer or DigiExpi team.

DigiExpi may modify class schedules, trainers, session arrangements, or platforms when reasonably necessary.

4. Recorded Classes

Where recordings are provided, students may receive access to recorded classes for the applicable course.

Unless otherwise specified, recorded classes are provided for the student's personal educational use and may not be shared, uploaded, distributed, sold, or reproduced without permission.

5. Class Notes, Assignments and Projects

DigiExpi may provide students with class notes and other educational resources associated with the course.

Students may also be required to complete assignments and practical projects. Students are responsible for completing their own assignments and projects unless collaborative work is specifically permitted.

6. Certification

Students who successfully satisfy the applicable course requirements may receive a DigiExpi course certificate.

Certification requirements may include participation, assignments, projects, attendance, or other requirements communicated by DigiExpi.

Completion of a course or receipt of a certificate does not constitute a guarantee of employment, income, business success, or any particular professional outcome.

7. Free Workshops and Masterclasses

DigiExpi may conduct free workshops and masterclasses on digital marketing, artificial intelligence, and related subjects.

Registration for a free workshop or masterclass does not automatically provide access to paid courses or other services.

DigiExpi may change, reschedule, or cancel a free event where reasonably necessary.

8. Course Access

Course access is provided after successful payment and registration, subject to the applicable course plan.

Access is intended solely for the student who purchased or registered for the course.

Students must not share their login credentials, account access, joining links, recordings, or other restricted course access with another person.

DigiExpi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where there is evidence of unauthorized sharing, misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

9. Student Information

Students and prospective students are responsible for providing accurate and current information, including name, phone number, email address, course registration information, and other information reasonably required for course administration.

DigiExpi is not responsible for communication or access issues resulting from incorrect information supplied by the student.

10. Payments

Course fees must be paid through the payment methods made available by DigiExpi.

A registration is considered successful after payment has been successfully processed and verified.

Payment confirmation may be communicated through email, WhatsApp, or another appropriate channel.

If a payment is unsuccessful, pending, duplicated, or appears to have been deducted without successful registration, the student should contact DigiExpi support.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

All course purchases are subject to DigiExpi's Refund & Cancellation Policy.

DigiExpi's current commercial policy is that course purchases are non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

By purchasing a course, you acknowledge and accept this policy before completing payment.

12. Intellectual Property

All DigiExpi content and materials, including course content, class recordings, presentations, class notes, frameworks, assignments, projects, graphics, videos, website content, logos, branding, text, and educational resources are owned by DigiExpi or are used under applicable rights and permissions.

No student may reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, modify, transmit, or commercially exploit DigiExpi content without prior written permission.

13. Prohibited Activities

Students must not:

• Share their account or login credentials.
• Share private class links with unauthorized individuals.
• Distribute class recordings.
• Copy or commercially distribute course content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to DigiExpi systems.
• Disrupt live classes.
• Harass trainers, staff, or other students.
• Use DigiExpi services for unlawful purposes.
• Misrepresent their identity or registration information.

14. Employment and Income Disclaimer

DigiExpi provides education, training, practical learning, and career-oriented assistance.

Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, DigiExpi does not guarantee employment, a specific salary, freelancing income, business revenue, client acquisition, promotion, a specific return on investment, or any particular career outcome.

Results depend on multiple factors, including individual effort, prior experience, skills, market conditions, hiring conditions, and implementation.

15. Website Use

You agree to use the DigiExpi website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website or use the website to distribute malicious software or conduct unauthorized activities.

16. Third-Party Platforms and Services

DigiExpi may use third-party platforms and services for payments, communication, analytics, advertising, video conferencing, hosting, or other business functions.

Your use of such services may also be subject to the relevant third party's terms and policies.

17. Changes to Courses and Services

DigiExpi reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or improve course content, trainers, schedules, platforms, workshops, or other services where reasonably necessary.

18. Suspension or Termination

DigiExpi may suspend or terminate a student's access if the student violates these Terms, shares unauthorized access, distributes DigiExpi content, engages in abusive or disruptive conduct, engages in fraudulent activity, attempts to compromise DigiExpi's systems, or uses DigiExpi services unlawfully.

19. Limitation of Liability

DigiExpi will take reasonable steps to provide its services as described.

However, DigiExpi will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet failures, third-party platform outages, technical failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over DigiExpi's registered business location, subject to applicable law.
